Theresa M. Chandler

Ms. Chandler is a partner at Brosnan & Associates, LLP and practices primarily in the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate Administration Practice Groups. In the Estate Planning Practice Group, Ms. Chandler advises clients on estate, gift and income tax matters affecting individuals, estates, trusts and beneficiaries.  She also handles the preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, living wills, health care proxies and power of attorney forms.  In the Estate Administration Practice Group,  Ms. Chandler handles contested and uncontested probate and administration proceedings, discovery proceedings and accounting proceedings.  Ms. Chandler also has extensive experience handling real estate transactions as well as elder law and Medicaid eligibility planning matters.  In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Chandler brings a high level of enthusiasm to her representation of clients and has distinguished herself as a zealous advocate for them.  Ms. Chandler is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
